1. Overview

CraftsByGlendy is a sole proprietorship based in Florida specializing in handmade, custom, and fan-inspired decorative items. Each item is crafted individually with attention to detail, and due to the handmade nature, slight variations may occur between items. Your use of this site and any purchases made are governed by these Terms, as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, all accessible via the menu on our homepage.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction—whichever is greater—to access this site or place an order. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Ordering, Payment & Processing

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to stock shortages, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or custom order feasibility.

Payment must be completed at checkout using available payment methods. Standard order processing is 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Custom or personalized items may require additional time, and you will be notified via email.

Order confirmations are sent automatically after purchase and confirm receipt—not acceptance—of your order. Cancellations or changes may only be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before processing begins. After this window, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All information regarding processing times, carriers, delivery timeframes, and loss or theft policies is outlined in our Shipping Policy, available through the menu bar on our homepage. By placing an order, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy, located in the homepage menu, governs all matters related to returns, order cancellations, product damage, and refund eligibility. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the policy. Please review the Return & Refund Policy carefully prior to ordering.

6. Product Use & Care

All CraftsByGlendy products are intended for decorative purposes only. They are not toys, and many include small or fragile parts.

To maintain the quality and safety of your item, please:

  • Handle with care

  • Store in a cool, dry location

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets

We are not liable for any damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, environmental exposure, or accidents after delivery.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the State of Florida in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected—such as name, address, and email—is used strictly for fulfilling your order, providing customer service, and internal record-keeping. 9. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Rights

All content on this site—including designs, text, images, product photos, branding, and packaging—is the intellectual property of CraftsByGlendy and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written consent.

CraftsByGlendy also creates fan-inspired, handmade items using legally purchased retail products (e.g., Disney Doorables) as decorative components in new, transformative art pieces.

  • Use or misuse of our products

  • Shipping delays, theft, or losses

  • Errors or interruptions in website functionality

  • Damage resulting from improper product care or storage

All products are sold “as is” for decorative use only.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, epidemics, shipping disruptions, government restrictions, or labor shortages.
