Return and refund policy

Effective Date: July 4, 2025

Due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part. If this occurs, you must notify us within 1–2 business days of delivery by emailing clear photos and a detailed description to CraftsByGlendy@outlook.com. Failure to notify promptly will forfeit your right to a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

All damage or defect claims will be verified against carrier delivery records. We may require the return of the item at your expense for inspection before issuing refunds or replacements. Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage is not covered. Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

Order cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of purchase and before processing begins. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees and promotional discounts are non-refundable. All return and refund decisions are at the sole discretion of CraftsByGlendy.

Products are sold “as is” for decorative use only and come without warranties except as expressly stated.
